How does a company initiate a project? A company representative contacts us at customersupport@feedbackstat.com. A project outline is defined and a survey tool is published on the web site. A specific group of customers are invited to participate in the survey. Customers are contacted in three ways: direct mail, e-mail, and personal contact. Each customer is provided with a gift certificate as an incentive to participate on line.

Once the project is completed, all information is available on line in a secure area for our client. The data are provided in a summary report along with an online graphing tool.
